Citizens in Nepal often face confusion, delays, and frustration when accessing government services due to scattered, hard-to-navigate information about required documents, fees, and procedures. Although the Nagarik Wada Patra contains essential details, it is not centralized, lacks user-friendly search, and does not provide step-by-step guidance. Our project aims to create a centralized online repository of government service information from the Nagarik Wada Patra, equipped with advanced search, dynamic checklists. This solution will make it easier for citizens to find, understand, and complete government processes efficiently.
