Prime Inter College Student Club Meet-Up: Fostering Collaboration and Community Building Among Student Community

The first ever Intercollege Student Club Meetup held at Prime College in Kathmandu on February 2nd, 2024 organized by Mathema Learning Resource Center (MLRC), brought together representatives from 15 clubs spanning various colleges, including Padmakanya College, Thames College, KUSOM, Himalaya Engineering College, NATHM, National Law Campus, Sunway College, Herald College, and Prime College itself. The event aimed to foster collaboration and networking among students, providing a platform for idea exchange and community building.

Participants engaged in pre-networking activities before the event officially commenced, setting the stage for a day filled with insightful presentations from each club. These presentations showcased the diverse talents and initiatives of the student community, ranging from IT and entrepreneurship to hospitality and civil engineering. Following the presentations, certificates were distributed to acknowledge the contributions of participants, and post-networking activities provided an opportunity for further interaction and collaboration.

The meetup successfully achieved its objectives of promoting collaboration, encouraging cross-cultural learning, and nurturing a sense of community among students from different institutions. By bridging boundaries and facilitating connections, the event laid the groundwork for future partnerships and initiatives aimed at driving innovation and excellence within the student community, leaving a lasting impact on all who participated.
