Aashika Adhikari, BSc. CSIT 2081

Before the Prime Freshers 2081 competition, I had high expectations and a great deal of excitement, accompanied by a slight sense of nervousness. I was eager to challenge myself and meet new people, yet I also had concerns about my ability to keep up with the competition. The prospect of being judged or not performing well in front of others was somewhat intimidating. However, I chose to participate because I viewed it as an opportunity for personal growth, stepping beyond my comfort zone, and gaining valuable new experiences. It was a chance to prove to myself that I could handle the pressure and learn from it, regardless of the outcome.
The event turned out to be an unforgettable experience. One of the most remarkable aspects was collaborating with a diverse group of participants, each contributing their unique strengths and ideas. The energy and support from everyone fostered a sense of camaraderie that alleviated my initial apprehensions.
For future participants, my advice would be to focus on the experience rather than solely on the competition. Embrace every challenge, ask questions, and connect with others, as you never know what you will learn or who you will meet. Most importantly, do not let the pressure overwhelm you—simply enjoy the journey!

Before the event, I experienced a mix of excitement and apprehension. As a newcomer, I was uncertain about what to expect and concerned about my ability to contribute effectively. However, the opportunity to meet new people and be part of something dynamic encouraged me to participate. I viewed it as a valuable opportunity to push myself beyond my comfort zone and fully immerse myself in the college experience.
The competition proved to be an incredible experience. One of the most memorable aspects was collaborating with my team, where we navigated challenges together and provided mutual support. It was an invaluable moment of growth and teamwork.
My advice to future participants would be to remain composed, trust their ideas, and focus on enjoying the process rather than becoming overly concerned with the outcome. The most important aspect is the learning experience, and the meaningful connections made along the way.

Prime Freshers 2081 was an experience I will never forget. Prior to the event, I felt both excitement and nervousness—especially regarding my performance, as singing in front of a crowd has always been a challenge for me. Stage fright has been a hurdle, but I knew this was an opportunity to overcome it. I decided to participate because music is a passion of mine, and I saw it as a chance to push myself beyond my comfort zone. Moreover, it was a great opportunity to connect with others who share the same passion.
As soon as I stepped on stage, my heart was racing. However, once I started singing, my fear slowly dissipated. The energy of the audience, coupled with their cheers, made the experience feel surreal. That moment not only boosted my confidence but also reaffirmed how much I enjoy performing. To future participants—if you have a passion, pursue it! Do not let fear hold you back. Embrace the experience, enjoy the spotlight, and create memories that will last a lifetime!
