Online College Leaving Certificate – Eligibility and Application Procedure

Eligibility and Application Procedure:

To be eligible for a character certificate, graduated must meet the following criteria:

  • No outstanding financial obligations to the institution.
  • Clearance obtained from the respective Faculty Coordinator.
  • Clearance obtained from both the Administration and Store Departments.
  • Clearance obtained from the library.

Online Application Requirements:

Along with the completed application form (available at the Reception Counter), applicants must submit the following:

  • A photocopy of their academic transcript.
  • TU Registration card.

Steps to Apply for College Leaving Certificate:

Step 1: Go to the official Prime College website www.prime.edu.np and click on the top right corner of the menu bar then select Character leaving Certificate.

Step 2: Fill out the form and submit it. Once reviewed, you’ll get a confirmation email from MLRC. Please check the details and confirm through email.

Step 3: Visit the college and get the Clearance Form from Reception (Ground Floor).

Step 4: Next visit to the Finance Department on the ground floor (Room 008) and deposit Rs 1000/- for clearance. Make sure you have the payment receipt.

Step 5: Now visit the Academic Department on the First Floor (Room 101) and get clearance from your Faculty Coordinator.

Step 6: Then get clearance from the General Administration on the Fourth Floor.

Step 7: Get clearance from MLRC on the Fourth Floor (Room 401).

Step 8: Submit the clearance form, a recent passport size photo(6 months) in formal attire, and the payment receipt to MLRC.

After completing the steps, you’ll receive your character certificate.

Note:

  • To obtain your College Leaving Certificate, it is required that all books and internship reports associated with your name are submitted, regardless of whether the reports are held by friends. Submission of all reports and books is mandatory.
  • MLRC Working Hours: 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Lunch Break: 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM (Morning Shift) and 1:30 to 2:00 (Evening Shift)
  • Please visit during working hours only.
  • College will remain closed in Public Holidays.
